FALL RECREATION FAQS

 

When are the games?

Answer:  Games start the Saturday after Labor Day and run every Saturday for seven (7) weeks.  A final schedule for the season will be distributed once registration is complete and players have been assigned to a team.

 

What happens when it rains?

Answer:  We will make every attempt to play games even if it rains.  The deciding factor is usually the condition of the fields – if there is standing water, we will typically cancel games for that field.  A decision to cancel is usually made the morning of and sent out via e-mail and Facebook.

 

Do parents have to stay for practices and games?

Answer:  No.  Use your best judgement depending on your child’s age.

 

What do I need to bring?

Answer:  It depends on the age group your child is in.  Please see below.

 

MINI-KICKERS

You will receive a size 3 ball and a T-shirt.

You will need to provide shin guards and a water bottle.

At this age, cleats are optional.

 

U6 DIVISION

You will receive a T-shirt.

You will need to provide shin guards, a water bottle, cleats, and a Size 3 ball.

 

U8 DIVISION

You will receive a T-shirt.

You will need to provide shin guards, a water bottle, cleats, and a Size 3 ball.

 

U10 DIVISION

You will receive a T-shirt.

You will need to provide shin guards, a water bottle, cleats, and a Size 4 ball.

 

U12 DIVISION

You will receive a T-shirt.

You will need to provide shin guards, a water bottle, cleats, and a Size 4 ball.

 

U14/16 DIVISION

 You will receive a T-shirt.

You will need to provide shin guards, a water bottle, cleats, and a Size 5 ball.
